By accessing or using Lupaster services, including the Minecraft server, website, and store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or Discord server. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. User Conduct

Users must comply with all server rules, as well as applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassment, impersonation of staff, distribution of malware, and unauthorized access attempts.

4. Geographic Restrictions

Our services are available to users worldwide, except for individuals in countries or regions subject to trade restrictions or sanctions imposed by the Netherlands or applicable international laws. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location in compliance with these regulations.

5. Age Requirements

Children under 13: Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to use our services under any circumstances.

Ages 13-17: If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. By using our services, you represent that you have obtained such consent.

6. Parental Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians who permit a minor to use our services are responsible for: monitoring the minor's access, supervising purchases made by the minor, and ensuring compliance with these terms. Parents or guardians are legally and financially responsible for all actions of minors under their supervision.

7. Payment & Billing

All purchases generally require payment in advance. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for users in the Netherlands. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our store page.

8. Refund Policy

One-time Purchases: All one-time purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Subscription Services: For monthly subscription services, refunds are only available if:

• The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal
• You have not used any of the subscription benefits or rewards during the current billing period
• The request is submitted through our official support channels

9. No Refunds for Banned Accounts

If your account is banned for violating our server rules or these terms of service, you will not receive a refund for any purchases made. All perks, ranks, and items associated with your account will be forfeited upon ban.

10. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through our website or by contacting support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods unless required by law.

11. Virtual Goods & Services

Purchases are for virtual goods and services that have no real-world value. We reserve the right to modify or remove any perks, items, or features at any time. You do not own the virtual goods; rather, you are purchasing a license to access them within our services.

12. Delivery of Goods

Virtual goods are typically delivered automatically upon successful payment. If you experience delivery issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with your transaction ID and Minecraft username.

13. Data Collection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection laws. The data we collect includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, usernames, playtime, and other gameplay-related statistics.
